Antibiotic Free Chickens are fed a 100% all Natural, All Vegetable diet fortified with vitamins and minerals. They are raised on a "Never Ever" drug program which means they are never given antibiotics or other drugs. They are never fed growth hormones, artificial preservatives or unnecessary and non nutritive coloring agents. They are raised in housing that has 20-30% more space than non antibiotic free chickens. This means that there is better air circulation, more fresh air, less stress and less damage to the chickens. Only the breast meat is used for our Chicken Nuggets.

Conventional chickens are fed animal bi-products, animal fats, bone meal, corn, and soybean meal. They are fed antibiotics in their water and feed. In some brands, the indgredient panel will only list the word "chicken," versus "chicken breast meat" as the main ingredient. "Chicken" refers to a blend of white and dark meat as opposed to only chicken breast meat.

Our breading is made with Organically grown unbleached whole wheat flour. It has been grown naturally free from chemical pesticides and  bleaching agents. Unbleached flour also contains more protein.

Bleached Flour uses a bleaching agent to speed up the aging process to turn the flour white. Standard bleached flour comes from plants that have been grown with chemical pesticides and potentially other genetic modifications.

Canola oil is a popular kitchen and cooking oil that is low in fat and high in nutrients. We only use expeller pressed canola oil which allows for the highest return of flavor and nutrients.

Standard vegetable oils are derived from a chemical or solvent extraction using Hexane; a chemical chiefly obtained from the refining of crude oil.
